How to create a pattern for Barbie dolls?
Every creation for dolls takes time, and sewing for dolls is a matter of love what you are doing, if you do not have patience to invest hours on it, its not your craft. On this image i show you the process of creating a pattern for Barbie #barbiefashionista first you have an idea of your creation, put it on paper, you also need the doll measurements,i have a #videotutorial on how to mesure #Barbie dolls, you can see the video tutorial just below the image. You also need calico to use as a fitting experiment on your first garment test. As you can see on my doll i already made my guide lines on body, that helps me to see where starts, and ends the body parts, an they also shows me the graineline on the fabric.
I hope this can give you some steps on, how to figure out a pattern for doll couture.

COMO CREAR UN PATRÓN PARA BARBIE ?
En cualquier creación para muñecas toma su tiempo, la costura en miniatura es una cuestión de amor por lo que estás haciendo. Se no tienes paciencia para dedicarte las horas que eso exige,igual no es tu area.En la imagen que es una glasilla de prueba para nuevo #patrónbarbie,te muestro el processo que sigo para crear una patron muñeca. Primero necesitas una idea de lo que vas a crear,dibujalo en tu cuaderno, mide tu muñeca barbie para que puedas trabajar dentro de sus medidas, abajo te dejo un video tutorial en como medir barbie. Necesitas también de tela de prueba, yo utilizo el lienzo moreno,tambien puedes utilizar tela de sabanas en algodón.En el patron que estoy creando puedes ver, que hago unas lineas que son guias,me sirven para marcar el cuerpo, y para determinar el hilo recto de la tela.
